Who is responsible

ALTAY Havacılık ve Uzay Teknolojileri A.Ş. ("ALTAY") is the data controller for personal data collected through this website. ALTAY is registered at Reşitpaşa Mah. Katar Cad. ARI 2 Binası A Blok No: 4/1/1, Sarıyer / İstanbul 34467, Türkiye, and can be reached at info@altaytechgroup.com.

What this site collects

This website is statically generated. It has no database, no user accounts and no server-side application code. It does not set analytics, advertising or profiling cookies, and it embeds no third-party scripts that would set them on its behalf.

Fonts are self-hosted and served from this domain, so loading a page makes no request to a third-party font service and discloses no visitor IP address to one.

The only personal data ALTAY receives through this site is what you choose to send: your name, your email address, optionally your organisation, and the content of your message.

How that data is used

Enquiry details are used to read and answer your enquiry, and for nothing else. They are not used for marketing, not sold, not shared with third parties for their own purposes, and not used to build a profile of you.

The legal basis is your consent, given by ticking the consent box before sending, and ALTAY's legitimate interest in responding to enquiries about its work.

Form processing and transfers

Because the site has no backend, the contact form submits to a third-party form service, which relays the message to ALTAY by email. That provider processes the submission on ALTAY's behalf and may store it briefly in order to deliver it. Depending on the provider chosen, this may involve a transfer outside Türkiye or the EEA.

If you would rather not use the form, email ALTAY directly instead — the address is published on every page of this site.

How long it is kept

Enquiry correspondence is kept for as long as needed to deal with the enquiry and any relationship that follows from it, and is deleted when it is no longer needed for that purpose.

Your rights

You may ask ALTAY what personal data it holds about you, ask for it to be corrected or erased, object to its processing, ask for processing to be restricted, and withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that already took place.

Server logs

This site is served by a static hosting provider, which — like all web hosts — may keep short-lived technical logs of requests for security and reliability purposes. ALTAY does not use those logs to identify visitors.
